Join us for a night of well earned decadence as we learn a little about the history of cacao (or cocoa - the bean from which chocolate is made) and how to use tempered chocolate to make classic ganaches with simple garnishes that are sure to delight those you might choose to share them with. With endless possibilities – classic ganache, fruit puree ganache, and liqueur infusions, the class will not only create more than 2 dozen truffles each, but also the skills to recreate them.
